I believe art should be FUN! The ability to create should be joyful and rewarding, and I want to help make it easier for you!
 
I work out of Tijeras, NM and offer private or semi-private art classes. I have taught ages 5-70+ and have worked with students of all skill levels. I offer classes in various drawing materials, watercolor, acrylic or oil painting. My goal is to share with you the fundamentals of realistic drawing or painting, focusing on observational skills and technique, so you may apply it to any creative project.
 
You will learn basic tools such as describing form, shape, line, lighting, composition, and colour mixing. Lessons are customized to your individual needs. Students may decide to work on personal projects or ask for tailored assignments. Students are asked to bring their own materials.

Virtual lessons via Zoom are also available.
